Post Office HomePhone provides low rates and doesn’t require customers to pay line rental fees to BT. This means that once you make the switch, you are no longer a BT customer. Contact BT to arrange for the return of your rented products and they will usually sent a suitable box and pay for the postage. You can currently find great rates to purchase your own handset and answering machine. Plus, Post Office HomePhone customers receive voicemail service FREE.

2. Do I need a residential phone line to take Post Office Home Phone?
